It's not bad. That is if you don't mind the big ugly:

VSS Video Codec 1.3
That appears overlaying your video eating up 25% of your to-left-hand corner of your screen space throughout the entire film. Other than that, it's not a bad codec, better than XviD but still not as good as Google's VP8 codec.
Crippled with no option to untag your video with their logo or easy uninstaller for the codec, clearly not Freeware as it is listed, move on.
