The program is difficult to use and poorly documented. It requires constantly asking questions from tech support, and they respond only slowly. Some parts of the program do not work at all, and they do not do anything to fix them.

I should have read their refund policy before buying. When a company refuses to offer a money-back guarantee, you know there is something wrong.
