I downloaded it and it wont allow me to install the 32 bit version even though my laptop is 32, also when i try the 64 it says a file is missing even though the missing file is right next to it. any advice would help!The file it says its missing is AC3ACM.inf

Just right click at AC3ACM.inf then select Install

appears 5.1 channels but unfortunatelly only 2 channels compression works :(
VirtualDub says : The audio codec cannot compress to the desired format

It works perfectly.
Now I can encode the video stream with Dolby AC3 when I record the HDTV.
