Dear Sir/Mdm

Please help me. When I play the movie it says codec 3.6.2 incompatible. Unfortunately, it happens to MPC-HC and VLC player. I am running window 8 and downloaded K-lite codec full 9.6.7 (latest version). Can anyone help me to solve this problem.

When a movie displays a message like that it means that the video is a fake. Such videos are used to trick people into installing adware and other malware. You should delete the file and download a proper version of the movie.
